We are looking for an experienced DevOps Manager to lead our engineering team, own client relationships, and drive technical excellence across our cloud practice.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps and cloud engineers across multiple client engagements
- Own end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure projects — from scoping to production
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise clients
- Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and review processes
- Drive architectural decisions for Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, and observability
- Collaborate with leadership on hiring, team growth, and capability planning
- Identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation, and platform efficiency
- Contribute hands-on to technical work when needed — this is a player-coach role
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps / cloud engineering, including 2+ years in a lead or management role
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, or AKS) and cloud-native architecture
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Helm)
- Experience managing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication skills — comfortable presenting to both engineers and C-level stakeholders
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with people management and client delivery
Nice to Have
- CKA / CKAD / CKS or equivalent Kubernetes certification
- AWS / Azure / GCP professional-level certifications
- Experience in a consulting or agency environment with multiple concurrent clients
- Background in FinOps, platform engineering, or SRE
